Sinoć su održane 31. po redu dodele nagrada “Golden Joystick Awards”. Bilo je ponekog iznenađenja, za ponekoga možda i ne, ali svakako najveći pobednici su Grand Theft Auto V kao i The Last of Us. Jedno od velikih iznenađenja je to da je Witcher 3 Wild Hunt osvojio nagradu kao najiščekivanija stvar u industriji, a ne neka od konzola naredne generacije – Xbox One ili PS4.
